What SafeBuy is

SafeBuy will be a curated network of vetted, monitored suppliers and builders that meet buy better® standards for licensing, insurance, contracts, code of conduct, and fair dealing in the categories we cover.

Unlike anonymous review sites or pay‑to‑play directories, suppliers cannot buy visibility or placement - our recommendations are based on evidence, not advertising.

During the pilot phase, SafeBuy will be available on a limited, case‑by‑case basis for selected categories (such as major renovations and custom home projects). You’ll tell us what you’re looking for, and we’ll:

  • Confirm whether SafeBuy coverage is available for your type of project

  • Point you to suitable suppliers from our vetted pool, with notes on why they’ve been included

  • Explain how SafeBuy can be combined with SafeSelect and SafeSource for deeper protection

When to Use it

You’ll use SafeBuy when you’re ready to hire for a major project or big purchase but don’t know which businesses to trust—or you’re tired of gambling on anonymous listings and lead‑gen platforms that work primarily for suppliers, not for you.

SafeBuy can be used on its own, or alongside SafeSource and SafeSelect—once you’re ready to hire and want trusted, vetted options instead of gambling on anonymous listings.

SafeBuy will follow the same principle as all Safe services: transparent fees paid by you, not by suppliers, and no pay‑for‑placement or hidden commissions.

Pricing and pilot availability will be shared once SafeBuy opens for early clients.
